You have said your are going to raise some groups or group of American's taxes by five trillion dollars over the next ten years. Specifically, please, whose taxes will you be raising?

I remain astonished that this is not the central and only thing discussed in this campaign.

A 20% across the board tax cut of $500 Billion/year that will be made revenue neutral by raising somebody's taxes the same amount. But we won't say whose taxes will go up.
