Does Anybody Really Believe President Obama Is Outpolling Bill Nelson In Florida ?

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/

I have been watching Florida races since 1976 and the Democratic nominee for president has never won a larger percentage of the vote for president than the Democratic candidate for senator or governor.

Another misdirection from our favorite (sic) pollster.

Many Floridians are voting for President Obama, though. I'm not sure about the polls.

He will easily outperform the president. Statewide Democratic candidates always do in good years or bad years.

BTW, here's a link to all the FL senate polls:

...unless your preferred climate is "tropical swamp." I've still got friends and family there, though. Nice place to visit.

Most of the jobs available there are still with the state, and Rick Scott has made that situation untenable. State workers in Florida are the lowest paid in the United States and haven't received raises in over five years, though the cost of living and of health insurance have increased and benefits are cut annually. The work atmosphere with the state is paranoid and toxic, as the fanatically right-wing state Congress seeks constantly to deregulate and eliminate programs and positions, and many of the workers have pre-existing medical conditions, so they feel unable to leave the jobs they hate.

I'm glad to be gone from there.

They want to win Florida so bad they can taste it.
