Remember when social conservatives threw a hissy fit when gay rights were decided in foreign aid?

A while back, the Obama Administration decided to factor in how a country treats it's gays to how much foreign aid it gets. Very reasonable, we're talking about prison sentences, executions, and extra-judicial murder all for just being gay. However, social conservative organizations like the Family Research Council went into tantrum mode saying that the US was exporting immorality and that we were interfering in the domestic policy of other countries.

So I'm wondering that even though "WE'RE BROKE!!!1!", will our government magically find the money to start giving to these countries again under a Romney/Pre-existing Conditions, er, Ryan, Administration?
