A manifesto for the entitled: I am a job creator: I am entitled to everything I have & more

I am a job creator: A manifesto for the entitled
I am entitled to everything I have and more that I still deserve.

By Steven Pearlstein, Published: September 29

I am a corporate chief executive.

I am a business owner.

I am a private-equity fund manager.

I am the misunderstood superhero of American capitalism, single-handedly creating wealth and prosperity despite all the obstacles put in my way by employees, government and the media.

I am a job creator and I am entitled.

i directly provide virtually all revenue for many business big and small, and indirectly provide virtually all revenue for the rest.

my money pays for their salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, equipment, raw materials, real estate, benefits and perks.

i am an american and i am a consumer.

i am the underappreciated engine of the economy, single-handedly creating the demand for goods and services without which there would be no need for businesses or workers or chief executives.

i am a job creator and i am entitled.
