The Stages of Grief of knowing you picked the wrong nominee

Denial:
"What? You can't talk about Bain closing factories! It was all good!!!!111!"
"Romney never said that about the 47% mooches! You're taking it out of context!!1!"
"The polls are skewed!!!1!"

Anger:
"Oh yeah, well Obama is a Muslim/Marxist/Nazi/Communist/etc.!!!1!"
"Anti-Colonialist!!!1!"

Bargaining:
"We're lowering our expectations at the debates."

Depression:
"Well, looks like we're going to become a Shariah-Marxist state..."
Don a hazmat suit and venture into freeper territory at any given time

Acceptance:
From the same people who thought that Obama would be found to be ineligible and the 2008 election thrown out? Yeah, right.

Over on the web site where the mission is to watch DU and taunt us all, they have taken a poll to ask members if they are too mean to DU-ers. And of course they comment that they have not been mean enough, and intend to double down after the election. It's starting to smell very sour grapes over there.

"Hey guys, let's insult some people the Internet but will probably never see what we write about them. Yeah, that'll teach 'em."
