About that suicide on Fox News

Whenever you go into a business that plays Fox News on their TV, remind them of this event, and tell them that you don't want to risk your children (or yourself) seeing something like that and if they continue to play Fox on their TV, you will no longer patronize their business.

It might make a difference, who knows.

Do all of the other news channels censor the bad stuff? I didn't think so. I don't understand the outrage here.

on live TV, where the rethug State Treasurer (Budd Dwyer) gave a press conference before his sentencing for bribery, then whipped out a gun, put it in his mouth, and fired. And it was broadcast as it happened, and even re-broadcast later across the state (with multiple warnings about the video being graphic). It was quite the spectacle and continues to cause all sorts of discussion regarding the decision to broadcast whenever similar events like this come up,.

I do apologize for my lack of compassion toward him tonight. I usually am very compassionate, I will try to do better.

The first 3 or 4 times I went in there they had Fox on and then I said something. I asked them why they chose Fox so called News and they told me that's what they thought the people wanted to see you know "the news" I replied that Fox is definitely NOT news and I would take my business elsewhere if he continued to leave it on Fox. Ever since then, The Weather Channel and Judge Judy is what I've seen in the waiting room. Just doing what I can.
