The complete opposite of Obama's natural charisma and easy way with people. But then again, Obama has spent his life living with the common folk, whereas Romney has spent his living above us.

He has lived in a bubble that isn't quite like other people's lives. A lot of that has to do with his religion that tends to set itself apart from the rest of society. Its not that it is necessarily better or worse, it is just that it often tends to be separate. So when Mitt looks like he's rather clueless, I think he really is clueless, like a traveler in a strange land.

First, Joe flirted with the idea of running against Barack Obama. An ex–Florida congressman and a moderate Republican, he conferred with fellow centrists just before the primaries, occasionally shuttling around with his friend Mike Bloomberg. (snip)
After the presidential inauguration in January, Joe (no fan of Mitt Romney’s—”I’ve been very critical”) plans on publishing a memoir that will serve—no joke—as a vehicle to test the waters for a presidential run in 2016. Take that, Mr. Romney.

If you go to the article be forewarned that there is an odd picture of Joe and Mika... they had her pose in a very sexually provocative way, staring at him adoringly
which is a little creepy

But the point is I think joe's own grandiose plans make him a little more vocal and overt than he would be otherwise.

That isn't the problem. Those are just selected clips from normal campaigning. If any of us were on the campaign trail, somebody could put together something equally awkward and embarrassing.

Rooney's problem is not how gracefully he does small talk. He problem is what he believes, his moral/ethical foundations, and what he will do to this country if elected. This video is a diversion.
