fighting to shed terrorist designation by the Bush administration. Dunno -- according to the article sounds like a fairly righteous case to me. And -- fully disclosed for her 2017 appointment. So -- "breaking" only if you're this Garland dude.

I’m sure more stuff is coming out. I hope she gets so weakenEd she’s falls apart during the confirmation process. So much baggage where to start?
