If Romney accidentally tells the truth his campaign has people to correct those truths, replacing them with the prevailing lie.
That would have to be a called a lie-checker, right? Someone who scours the candidates words checking over each statement to make sure it is a lie?
In this instance, Romney accidentally admitted that Obama has not raised taxes (true) and his campaign issued a correction saying that Obama "has raised taxes on millions of middle-class Americans during his first term in office."
Mitt Romney strayed from his own campaigns talking points during a reset rally today in Ohio with running mate Paul Ryan.
In the midst of remarks otherwise ridiculing the presidents tax record, Romney said: I admit this, [President Obama] has one thing he did not do in his first four years hes said hes going to do in the next four years, which is to raise taxes.

The Romney campaign offered a correction tonight.
President Obama has raised taxes on millions of middle-class Americans during his first term in office, spokeswoman Amanda Henneberg said in a statement. Governor Romney was clearly communicating about an additional tax increase President Obama is proposing on American small businesses that will jeopardize over 700,000 jobs. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will stop the Presidents tax increases, create 12 million new jobs, and turn our economy around.

(228 posts)I still haven't seen or heard of how all of these jobs and savings and income will magically appear if he were to be elected. If he were to really do all of the things he has flip flopped about regarding the middle class, and I were a billionaire donor, I would be worried that I would lose money no matter how the election goes. I think the reality is that the billionaire donor needn't worry because the rest of us are the ones who are going to get f%$#ed should he get elected.
