She's a sucker for not taking a subway on a day like this.

(377 posts)I first saw her on some interview show bragging, REALLY BRAGGING about killing a bear - just bouncy, bouncy cutsie pie flirting with the guy she was interviewing saying "I just brought a bear back from there" (Alaska) She's bloodthirsty. I'd call her a pig except that wouldn't be fair to the pig. I like them.

(20,317 posts)There are people dying every day for our foreign policy, and she's just fine with that. But wait in a cab for 30 minutes? What is she, a plebe?

(5,756 posts)Well that certainly qualifies her to be a person I'd listen to about politics. Right along when someone is blowing smoke up my ass.
Go back and try to get your fat ass on point. Aside from Ann Coulter I can't think of someone for whom I have less respect.

(33,688 posts)I'd be happy to do the job - my B.A. is in poli sci and I have a Harvard law degree. I'd do her job for a third of what they are paying her. Problem is that I'm a hard core lefty and hopelessly addicted to facts and logic.

(42,573 posts)to be honest, it is worse than ever when the UN is in session.
And sometimes the subway is not an option, like, say, if you're traveling to your bus with luggage and cat in tow.
Of course, I just altered my route this morning, and left a little earlier.
But hating diplomats is like breathing for most of us New Yorkers. They violate all the traffic and parking laws and don't care because they don't have to.
It does sometimes seem like we (New Yorkers) are the patsies in this deal.
And, if I'm continuing to be perfectly honest, I'd much prefer them to be in residence in your backyard, not in mine!
