on the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for Trump's appointee. Specifically, she and other Ds will undoubtedly ask what will the appointee do if election cases come before SCOTUS, has she had any discussions with anyone about election cases, etc.

Thanks, Trump and Reputincan fools: you've just given our VP candidate TONS of airtime! I suspect all Ds on the Judiciary Committee will give Senator Harris some or all of their time.

It also nails the appointee down for her testimony UNDER OATH. Truth means nothing to Reputincans, but it sure will to the Biden-appointed AG and US Attorneys! And you know what? Most prosecutors I've dealt with do not take kindly to contempt in refusing to show up or to answer questions.

Thank you, Reputincans/Trump. You are clearly desperate!
