A drunk and rowdy Rudy Giuliani was seen shouting down a dark hallway outside his hotel room door in Moscow. Giuliani, stumbling back from a night of drinking at the Russian hot spot Putin On The Titz, old-man hoarse-screamed, “I’m sick and god damn tired of being stepped on like a cheap Tiparillo!”... and, “Fuck it, I’m running for President of Ukraine!... Joe Biden ain’t done with me... not in the fuckin’ leastest... DO YOU HEAR ME, you damn commie bastards?!”
Giuliani then appeared to quickly run out of breath, pause, and with a grin he burped through his nose and mumbled, “9 one-one, 9 one-one.” The so-called America’s Mayor was bent over with his hands on his knees and swaying, trying to stay conscious, when two older Russian speaking women showed up... maybe night maids. They helped Giuliani back into his room, pushing him through the doorway while happily clapping their hands together as if he wouldn’t be seen again.
