Looks like SC is going to have one of the most democratic elections they have ever had! This seems promising assuming it isn't overturned.

(8,335 posts)It's fate would depend on which court it ends up with (if it does), and whether the supreme court takes it up. I imagine if they don't take it soon, it probably won't be appealed given the time constraints.

In this case, I assume the plaintiffs would want to keep this in the federal courts for a higher rate of success.
