One of the risks of appointing young Justices is that their rulings become more moderate over time, some even become liberals (like William Brennan, Harry Blackmon, and John Paul Stevens).
Biden should follow John Deans suggestion. If McConnell breaks the rule that he made in 2016, then Biden will expand the Supreme Court to 15 Justices if he wins and democrats take the Senate.

And that would be for the average Black male, not a coddled USSC justice.
