With his polls spiraling, @RealDonaldTrump proposes a disaster relief package for Puerto Rico--more than three years after their public officials first begged Trump for help.

Scoop: Tomorrow, the White House will announce several major disaster aid packages for Puerto Rico, amounting to the largest allotment of disaster aid in U.S. history. Most of the money will be used to rebuild the power grid that was destroyed by Hurricane Maria, 3yrs ago today.

All he's doing is reminding people that he failed Puerto Rico, too.

trump deciding to finally 'help' Puerto Rico years too late is just precious. He's scrambling for something, anything to scrounge votes and shore up his image.

Sorry, Puerto Rico. He'll have changed his mind or forgotten all about it by next week.
