George Bush in 2004
Does anyone know where I can find info on how many personal appearances on TV Bush made in 2004? My RW sister just posted something snotty on fb about how Obama is making all these appearances on The View and Letterman which have noting to do with being President, and that he makes sure his opponent doesn't get equal time. (I know; I told her several years ago that the Equal Time Doctrine disappeared under St. Ronald Reagan, but she ignores facts.) If you know of any links, please post them here for me.

Look up how Bush used MLK's birthday to invite himself to Atlanta (protestors were blocked from the cameras by hired buses) and then hit fund raising dinners in Atlanta and New Orleans - this was 2004 I am pretty sure.
Look up how Bush's appearance on the USS Abraham Lincoln (Mission Accomplished) was openly touted as material for campaign ads by Rove et al. Oh and how W took a plane even though the Lincoln was closure to San Diego than the White House is to Camp David - helicopter ride.
Look up how Bush skipped even talking to the 9/11 Commission so he could tape an appearance (and continue the ridiculous idea of him as a "good old boy"
on a Roland Martin's show --the fishing guy not the TV talking head.
