(81,267 posts)I hoe that if Biden prevails, first thing next Jan 20th, he engages his own legal staff to start the wheels turning to disbar that bastard.
I hope he comes in having already done the homework on a new Attorney General who could be first up for Senate confirmation, and then going after Bill Barr.
If Barr is disbarred, does that close off his being appointed to AG again by some future GOP POTUS? If he cant legally practice law anymore?

(63,221 posts)prep school (Horace Mann, I believe) toward liberal students. He has always been a right-wing bully and has never changed. What is it with people like that?
They seem to get some kind of sadistic joy out of inflicting pain on other people. Yet they, themselves are always inferior types. Intelligent, perhaps, but fat, unattractive and unlikeable. It's like that with most republicans. There is always some fatal flaw and they hate the world for it. So they take it out on others.

(1,702 posts)What legal jeopardy Fed and State Barr and tRUMP could face.
Knowing full well that tRUMP will self pardon or have Pence pardon him and his family and Barr and tRUMP crime family for Federal crimes. (but it will still be nice to read what could have been).
List away. & Thanks to whomever does it.

(12,165 posts)coming from Barr. Theres a strong chance he will be thrown out on his ample ass come November.
He is not behaving as a leader should. Instead, hes aping Trumps bad example of leadership.
As a leader, you dont call the people who work for you preschoolers. Leaders take the slings and arrows of responsibility and protect their team.
By denigrating his team, he is not motivating them. I suppose thats a positive since they have no incentive to work hard for him.

(6,265 posts)the truth about all he is doing to stymie the power of the DOJ in favour of his boss and his egregious crimes against humanity and our American citizenry. He knows they are on his ass when he gets thrown out of that office and in the end hopefully, disbarred.

(121 posts)Barr, like most deeply dishonest felonious people is actually pretty dumb. He is further alienating the very same people who would prosecute him if Joe Biden becomes President. Barr will spend years in federal prison if once we have an honest competent AG, and he is adding years to his sentence with this stupid conduct.

(11,495 posts)in the trump administration thinks he will pardon all of them, so they can do whatever they want without fear of being held accountable.
I wouldn't trust trump one bit. He makes promises all the time, but never keeps them. He is more likely to try and cut a deal to stay out of prison by throwing everyone around him under the bus. Narcissists "ALWAYS" blame others to protect themselves.

(18,634 posts)To me it's kind of scary how confidently he flaunts the Constitution and law.
It may indicate that he is knows of a plot to overthrow the election that none of us is aware of.
Swimming so deeply in Trump's shit pit will certainly land him in prison if Trump doesn't win so he must expect Trump to steal the election one way or the other.
