Hillary spreadin' that communism

OKay, so Hillary gave a keynote address to Bill Clinton's Clinton Global Initiative conference wherein she said that countries around the world need to tax the rich more.

This was surely read by some as the Sec State spreading socialism.

But you know who I bet used to offer this same advice to other countries, like our allies?

The State Department. In the 1950s. As part of our war against International Socialism.

Income and wealth inequality is a key part of all estimations of a nation's stability. There are people at the State Department and the CIA and think tanks who sit around trying to figure which countries will blow up, and what can be done about it.

One major warning sign is inequality and one major corrective action is progressive taxation.

The only thing wrong with what Hillary had to say is that he job kind of precludes her from pointing the finger at the worst offender.
