Is it "double" taxation when the deli guy making my lunch pays income tax?

After all, I already paid tax on my own income - it's, like, TOTALLY "double" taxation!!!11 !!1

And though corporations are people, my friend ... umm, scratch that. I'll come back to that point later.

I already paid Social Security taxes on that AND also paid state income taxes on it. Furthermore, I pay sales taxes on everything I buy. That' Quadruple taxation!!!! Therefore, I decline to pay my income tax.

He pays tax on his wages. You pay sales tax on the sandwich too.

1) You paid taxes on the income you used to buy the food.

2) You pay sales tax on the food you buy.

3) The deli owner pays tax on the profit he/she makes.
