(11,684 posts)Remember when the WSC ruled Evers couldn't deliver state-wide masking, and gathering size restrictions without legislate approval? Take that Evers! But then to keep locales happy they turned around and find a way to say county and city governments have the legal right to establish such laws without any higher authority's legal consent. Talk about slicing and dicing legally. But hypocrisy to maintain Cons grip doesn't faze them.

(10,011 posts)People who are serious about climate change and wanting to do something about addressing it need to realize that their best interests lies with the Democrats and vote accordingly. Casting a protest vote for the hell of it in this election is just foolish. It accomplishes absolutely nothing and risks putting Trump back in officeyou know, the guy who has eliminated every environmental protection regulation the Green Party supports.

The Green Party messed up their filing. They had time to correct it. They waited. And waited. Then they sued, using a Republican-affiliated law firm.
Good decision, WSCourt! Whew.
