the plan for social security is

to suspend collection of payroll taxes that fund both Social Security and Medicare by deferring payment of said taxes until after the first of the year. This suspension of payments is to be re instated after the first of the year but will drain the trust funds of both programs and the obligations of same will not be honored afterward.

Do I have that correct? I need to be concise when I beat the idiots over the head with what's going on so I thank you all for input and editing.

Peace.

Then everyone gets less money in their checks getting use to no tax. They know they are going to lose so they are setting up America for a huge economic mess hoping to get presidency back in 4 yrs by making it our fault.

Awaiting final guidance from our payroll processing firm, but that's what they're telling us as of yesterday. We processed this week's payroll with all FICA taxes withheld as normal.

suspension permanent. The US government has predicted that, if that is done, disability payments will end in 2021 and ALL benefits will end in 2023.

This cannot be allowed to happen.

I get SSI and housing help.

Last time before I moved here, being homeless made me go psychotic twice. I was raped in one hospital. Medical assistance saved my ass by allowing me to get help..

It was traumatic and I faced abuse from staff in residential psych housing while trying to find a place to live.
Before all that I had and still have PTSD..

If I lose my SSI,I will be homeless again. I can't go through that again with no help. I would kill myself because I would have no way to survive,if I lost medical assistance and SSI it would be a death sentance as I have diabeties. Would not be able to get my meds for psych or diabeties.

Rather than die slowly,I will kill myself.

I won't give those motherfuckers the thrill of watching me suffer.

I never felt like this planet was my home, never feel safe here and reality is cruel and there are too many damn narcissists out there and I can't trust people. My life is not that dear to me..

SSI payments come from Treasury general funds and not from Social Security Funds. Payroll tax has nothing to do with SSI.

SSI is financed by general funds of the U.S. Treasury --personal income taxes, corporate and other taxes.
Social Security taxes collected under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA) do NOT fund the SSI program.

Common mistake. Google difference between SSI and SSDI. SSDI is funded by payroll tax and that fund would deplete by 2021 under the Trump plan.
