It would be excellent if a couple of people who told the Atlantic

about Trump came out and confirmed that in person.

The problem is that many people who support Trump will simply insist that the article was all a lie. It's easy for people to deny reality, unless there are first-hand witnesses who speak out in public and own their statements.

Trump supporters are in denial about Trump's true nature. Even military members and veterans can easily ignore information if it goes against their support. That is especially true if the source of the information is unnamed. I'm hopeful that some who have personally heard Trump denigrate military service gather their courage and speak out publicly.

There is a "Veterans for Biden" sticker on the tailgate of my little red Ranger pickup. I believe those stories, and know that Trump has no respect for those who serve in the military. However, I have opposed Donald J. Trump from the very beginning. I do not need to be convinced. The same is true for all current and former military members who oppose Trump.

We need to convert some of those who currently support Trump. That will require open, public confirmation of the Atlantic story by those who supplied the information anonymously. I hope some of them speak out, and very soon.

They are completely irrelevant, not convertible and already baked into the cake.

This helps with people who are not affiliated, were soft Trump voters in ‘16 and with the olds who value and respect the military but who don’t completely trust Dems. Attempting to convert foaming at the mouth Trump supporters is a waste of time.

However, Trump doesn't just rely on those. It is the soft Trump voters we need to convert, frankly. And they are the ones who might be better convinced if the sources in that story come forward.

I'm not calling for converting Trump's idiotic base. They're hopeless. We don't need them to win. We need everyone else.

I find when talking to these people, to get their attention I say "I heard on Fox News". They will believe most things from Faux noise. So... "I heard on Fox news that tRump disparaged dead US soldiers" "I heard of Fox news that Putin is helping tRump win the election" etc... YMMV

and irretrievably brainwashed, just like Hitler's base was. If we get 4 more years of the traitorous coward who is CIC, he will not only be responsible for multiple hundreds of thousands of deaths from his maladministration of the trump American pandemic, this coward will find a way to kill hundreds of thousands of our military personnel needlessly. And needlessly because that war that he and Putin started for some BS reason will be so he can claim history will see him as a war president.

friends and family that have supported him and will continue to support him, only get their news from BlazeTV, Breitbart, OANN, etc and other probably Russian backed news. Those sources don't carry anything detrimental to him. They are willfully ignorant because they don't want to know. Because of this I have been forced to kick them to the curb, terminate all communication, it's a waste of time.

Tapes, witnesses, video...it doesn't fucking matter, because his supporters are EXACTLY LIKE HIM.

They view ANY act of human kindness, or decency, or sacrifice as being "suckered".

It's completely transactional to them.

They're the kind of people that think buying dinner entitles them to fuck you.

Keep that in mind if your daughter ever wants to go on a date with a Donnie Dollhands supporter

Trump is a leader who is a coward. Leadership by cowards has its consequences.

Courage is hard to come by in a time when cowards are in power.
