Some designer has conned her into thinking "one of a kind" means "it looks good" when "one of a kind" is actually a consequence of no one having the poor taste to buy the ugly thing.

7. I don't have a real favorite this year...which is unusual

sometimes I don't even like my favorite but I am impressed by their talent. This year's talent pool is a bit... pedestrian. But I'm still enjoying it more than most shows.

I think it is from a flashback back to that FOX special on how to survive a disaster. I remember they saying nylons/synthetics melt to your skin in a plane crash. You should only wear natural fiber (and lace up shoes) on a flight.
