Romney is losing his grip on Arizona, Missouri!

I've been watching the map on http://electoral-vote.com/ for weeks now, and the map is definitely trending in Obama's favor. Many states that were toss-ups are now light blue (e.g., Michigan, Virginia) and now some states that were pink are now toss-up white (Arizona, Missouri). Amazingly, even a couple of states that were solid red are now just pink (Montana, South Carolina). On the other hand, Ohio and Florida still remain very much in play, so Obama still needs to keep working to win those before venturing elsewhere.

3. Arizona is losing it's grip on Arizona. I think there might be a left wing backlash there soon.

I think some people are getting tired of being crazy, like my friend who calls herself an old tea bag (she does have a sense of humor). I think she is getting tired of me laughing at her Obama birth certificate stuff. If I say his mother's time machine one more time, she has threatened to hit me - I said just what the public wants to see, two old ladies hitting each other in public, should we wear white gloves and hats?

4. That's how it happens.... you just start laughing at it all. That's how it happened to me.

I was against Clinton for years.... Paula Jones, Whitewater, Hillarycare, even Monicagate...you name it. But then it got to be too much for me when they actually impeached him, and I realized it was all just a big Repuglican smear job, against a pretty damn intelligent and dedicated (though flawed) man. Suddenly it all became crystal clear, and I started laughing that I ever fell for all that nonsense in the first place.

I can only hope people have a similar awakening about Obama, that he's not some alien, crypto-Muslim commie freak -but that he's actually a really decent man with a very American family. If and when that happens, it may (finally) put the Repuglican smear machine out of business forever.
