Public health has been so politicized, that it may be time to recognize and deal with it.

The sad solution is to segregate. Those that wear masks and those that don't. If you won't wear a mask in stores that require them, go to stores where masks aren't needed. If you get sick because you don't wear a mask, go to hospitals that only treat maskless people. Seems like a reasonable solution that will sort itself out in a few years.

And if you go to a superspreader like Sturgis or Vegas, mandatory 20 day quarantine before being allowed to leave it.
