Tell the NLRB to investigate the mandatory and unpaid attendance of mine workers at Romney event!

While in Beallsville, Ohio, on August 14th at a campaign stop, Mitt Romney could be seen on stage in front of a group of miners. The miners on that stage, who are also featured in Mitt's latest ad in Ohio, were required by Murray Energy Corporation management to attend this "mandatory and unpaid" campaign event that cost them 5 hours of pay and required them to be the backdrop for Mitt Romney's stump speech.
This coerced attendance could be in violation of labor law. Therefore, we are calling on the National Labor Relations board to investigate the incident that cost these mine workers a day of pay and required them to engage in political activity while on the job.
Sign the petition below and we will file it with the NLRB.
National Labor Relations Board,
Please investigate the legality of the August 14th incident at Murray Energy Corporation where mine workers were required by management to attend a mandatory and unpaid campaign event for Mitt Romney.
