They are props to wave around with no real information. I hope a photographer gets a sharp image that can be printed, analyzed and challenged at a news conference.

During the transition, Trump stood next to stacks of folders that he claimed were documents he had to sign to "divest" his assets to his children. Not a single reporter was allowed to see the contents of the folders.
