Hispanics have been separated & put into dog kennels! However, you even have me thinking about it. If you speak Spanish (or know someone that does), that's a plus! Haven't followed the C-19 rates there. What about their leadership? We should really be inside besides during this pandemic made worse by the Murder-in-Chief! Do worry about the Nazi's taking hold here. On the bright side...have also heard that there's many American retirees in Mexico that just love it there! Good to chat with you Mr. Bill!

15. There's a lot to be researched, for sure.

I did grow up in California, (my high school was 49% Hispanic) and I can speak and understand a little Spanish, but what is also important is I have been exposed to their culture since a very young age.

What can be potentially difficult is I look like Opie Taylor, and I don't exactly blend in when I take a trip to Mexico.

There are entire communities of American Expats scattered around Mexico and I have known people who retired there mainly because it's just so much cheaper to live there. I'm not poor, but I am living on a fixed retirement income and I could probably live a little larger down there, although material possessions are not high on my list of priorities. Health care has the biggest potential to be a deal breaker, and that would have to be heavily researched.
