Had problems with mail last week

Im in Cleveland and I had a customer mail me a check last week. I opened the mail and unfolded the paper inside, but there was no check inside the paper. The envelope was the type that you can reopen and close without licking. This customer has mailed me several checks before and never a problem. He then one to the post office and mailed out a check list Monday and it just arrived today it should have been here Tuesday. I've never had that happen before when I opened up the mail and opened up the paper inside that there was not a check so either he forgot which I doubt or something funny happened to it

This guy is determined to have businesses stop using the post office and use UPS, which has tens of millions invested in. For him the voting thing is secondary, it's destroying the USPS for his financial gain.
