The treason runs deep

After sucking up to Xi earlier this year, Trump has seemingly decided that making China the bad guy will give him an opening to blame China for his election loss. So he has taken actions to upset China (blame them for virus, close Houston consulate, Tiktok/WeChat, etc). 2/

So it is no surprise that China is unhappy with that recent 180 from Trump to confrontation rather than appeasement. But China’s preference for Trump’s opponent in light of Trump’s antagonism is NOT the equivalent of Russia using proxies to spread disinformation in U.S. 3/

Same for Iran, against whom Trump has taken an aggressively adversarial approach following Obama admin Iran deal. Of course Iran would prefer Biden over Trump, who has threatened Iran from day one. But again, this is NOT equivalent to covert efforts to undermine election. 4/

Once again, the ODNI release reveals that Russia is trying to secretly and covertly influence our election. Notably, ODNI calls out KGB graduate Derkach for spreading disinformation to harm Biden. Why is this important? 5/

Because @SenRonJohnson is using information that our intelligence community has assessed to be an effort to influence the election in 3 months as a basis for his sham Ukraine investigation. Either wittingly or unwittingly, Johnson appears to be a Russian intelligence asset. END (Source: https://threader.app/thread/1292054374991175680)

I doubt that there is anything unwitting about it. The Chair of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee is a Russian asset. There needs to a root and branch root out of all these traitors. Maybe they will continue to be elected, that does not mean they should be given any kind of security clearance at all. They cannot be trusted with America. This is just another example of what they have done over and over again.

They want someone they can have truly intelligent negotiations with. Putin on the other hand wants a foolhardy puppet to usurp for its own agenda.

4. Let's get perfectly clear about who owns Ron Johnson

It's not that Johnson wants to support Russians, but that he will use anyone, from anywhere to stay in power. Johnson like all other Republicans is owned by Wall St. All that matters to him is to keep the grift passing money to him and his cronies. He doesn't give 2 hoots about Donald Trump, except that Trump will sign bills that lower taxes on the rich, sign bills that reverse EPA and OSHA rules and regulations that cost money for corporations.

Johnson's top PAC contributors are Honeywell International (war machine), American Bankers Assn (Wall St), Charter Communications (RW propaganda machine), CSX Corp (railroads), Norfolk Southern (transportation).

His top contributors are Koch Industries, Club for Growth, Northwestern Mutual.

Throw in some racism to keep people of color down, and let's please the Grifter-In-Chief Donald Trump, and that's what motivates Ron Johnson.
