Biden did not say Trump should not be prosecuted
Nor did he say that prosecuting an ex-President is bad for Democracy.
He said that the DOJ is not the President's private Law Firm. It should do it's work independently of the White House.
It would be bad for Democracy for a President to order the prosecution of a former President.
The nuance is probably to hard for some people in our Trumpian world.
