Because saying you have a vaccine by Election Day is easy. Proving it is something else altogether.

(964 posts)He could have said November , Veterans Day, Thanksgiving , Halloween or even X-Mas. Being hung up on Election Day for the vaccine availability sounds like a set up to a Con.
