Once mail-in ballot requested in TN, you cannot drop off anywhere & you may not vote in person.🤬

They have designated, secured drop boxes and the option to take it inside and hand it to a township employee.

Our Secretary of State (Michigan) has provided a list of all of the 'drop off' locations in the state so I've been sharing that info with everyone I know.

The Postal service is the best in the world. People who work there take an oath. They are proud and have had many new Postmaster Generals in the past just like this Trump appointee. The Postal service will be fine. The Unions will see to that. My ballot will be in my outgoing mail.

Especially in a state he won in 2016. I’m going to go out on a limb and say he probably would not appreciate that very much.

I work downtown and always walked it over to the county building. With the pandemic, I'm no longer downtown. There are nowhere near enough drop boxes in the city. For anyone without transportation, it's a problem. Moreover, a few years back they cut a number of local buses, so that's yet another obstacle.

We mailed ours from a post office and I am confident they'll be postmarked on time, but I wish there were more drop boxes.
