Police detained and handcuffed a black mother and four children after mistaking their SUV for a stolen motorcycle from another state.


Does it get any stupider than this? The youngest kid was 6.

even if there was some question all that should of happened is the woman being asked to step out of vehicle with hands in sight until it was cleared up
