Looks like the worm is continuing to turn on Jerry Falwell Jr.

Liberty University student unloads on Jerry Falwell Jr’s hypocrisy after bizarre yacht party photos emerge

A photo recently posted then deleted by Jerry Falwell Jr. left people scratching their heads after a screen shot of the image started making the rounds on social media.

The photo shows the Liberty University president on a yacht with his pants unzipped and his shirt pulled up exposing his belly, with a woman he identified as a “friend” standing next to him with her pants similarly unzipped as Falwell has his hand around her waist, holding a glass containing some sort of dark liquid. According to Liberty student Alexandra Green, the photo shows Falwell to be even more of a hypocrite than people realize.

The photo “should actively anger you on behalf of the students who have faced significant consequences on campus for the *same* actions,” Green wrote in a series of tweets.

“Drinking? Smoking? Possession of cigarettes/alcohol? Against the rules regardless of age,” Green said, referring to Liberty’s rules for students. “Could result in a ‘$300 fine, 30 hours community service, and/or expulsion.’ Real people who could not afford the fines have been fined for this. Real people were kicked out for this.”

Green says that unbuttoning one’s pants could get someone “$150 and/or 15 hours or community service for being in ‘any state of undress with a member or the opposite sex.'”

Doesn't say if Alexandra Green is currently a student at Liberty. If so, it could get really interesting, as it is quite likely she signed some sort of agreement not to trash Falwell or Liberty publicly. And she may embolden others to speak out.

LEADERSHIP AT REGENT UNIVERSITY

Dr. M. G. "Pat" Robertson is founder, chancellor and CEO of Regent University. He provides wisdom and direction on such matters as the vision and mission of the university, its scope and its direction.

Recognized and awarded for his visionary accomplishments in broadcasting and many other arenas, he will continue to contribute to the university's mission of Christian leadership and will oversee a new campus master plan that he developed for Regent, with specific attention to the continued growth of the university's undergraduate and graduate online and on-campus programs, and the university's overall global impact.

Don't you love how the "Christian Leaders" are the founders, chancellors and CEOs of their own universities?
In most universities, public or private, there is a board of regents which recruits and hires the leaders of the university based on a national (sometimes international) competitive search. They usually do this with the help of search committees which have representation of faculty, students, alumni, local business leaders, etc.

Of course in any normally run university, Jerry Falwell Jr. and Pat Robertson would have long been run out of town.

They levy actual fines against students? What?

I mean, some universities will have you fail a class (for, say, plagiarism), so you'll technically have to pay to retake it, but an outright numerical fine? What in the world? What a grift!

just about showed his "worm" there. He may have deleted the post, but he seems to forget that the internet is FOREVER. As for Alexandra M. Green, if she is a student at Liberty now, I predict she will NOT be tomorrow, and shortly thereafter she will find herself being sued. Jr. is just like his buddy tRump, he likes to sue people.

Those people were the ones that gave the kkk cover by invoking god to cover the kkk’s murder and intimidation. People like them have had to clean up their act a bit, but I promise you that they are way behind on desire for social and economic justice for everyone, or acceptance that a woman must have total control over her reproductive and career decisions.
