Neil Young posted a lawsuit against President Donald Trumps campaign to his Archives site Tuesday, claiming its a copyright infringement for the president and his campaign to play Rockin in the Free World and Devils Sidewalk at rallies and political events.
It is unclear whether the suit has been officially filed. No additional details are available at this time, according to Rick Gershon, a representative for Young.
Young is a frequent critic of Trump and has disapproved of the politicians use of his music since he played Rockin in the Free World June 16, 2015 during an announcement he was running for president. Trumps campaign has recently played Youngs songs during a July 3 speech at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota and a June 20 rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, according to Young...
I hope he follows through and it does some good. Hopefully many other musicians follow his lead.

Unfortunately I doubt it goes anywhere ... artists don't have this kind of control over
