A handful of states are slated to begin voting before the first scheduled debate on Sept. 29.

In North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania and Michigan, for instance, officials will start mailing out absentee ballots before the end of September.

" Bill Stepien voiced concern that the current debate schedule, which begins on Sept. 29, won't give early voters in several states a chance to see the two candidates go head-to-head before ballots are cast.

When you vote early, that something could come up that would change your mind on an issue or candidate. Honestly, this year, on the Presidential level, the idea that people genuinely haven’t decided is a bit shocking, but yeah. I vote permanent absentee, have for years. I will drop it at one of the designated drop boxes as early as allowed, and with be checking the website to make sure they show they received it. California makes it pretty simple, and I intend to cover my bases, cause unfortunately I expect this election to be messed with. Maybe not here, cause let’s face it, he’s not winning California, but still...

we might be able to get PA locked up for Biden in September.

I think if Biden wins PA he'll win the popular vote, things look good for the EC too?

tRump won PA by 40.000 votes in 2016, I don't see that happening again?
