Jeff Stein, the White House economics reporter for The Washington Post, reported that conservatives are launching a “six-figure ad buy” to push for a payroll tax cut, an idea that he noted was widely considered to be dead.

Never relent in protecting Social Security.
Here is the compromise to offer- leave Soci Security and Medicare taxes in place, and drop Federal Tax on the first $100,000 in income. Let’s see how that flies.

There needs to be a distinction between the 2. Wages are money you WORK FOR, and income is PROFIT.

Instead, raise the limit on the income that's taxed to at least $500,000. Not to mention cancel all the ridiculous tax cuts for the wealthy.
