It's like the MSM is waiting for a pubic hair's worth of good news for tRump to declare a horse race

Do you ever get that feeling? That no matter how bad it gets for tRump, no matter how low his poll numbers fall, the media is waiting with bated breath for ANY uptick in tRump’s direction to declare that the horse race is on for Nov? Could be a 1% gain in the national polls, the media will treat it as the “turning point,” proving once again that “you can’t ever count him out...it’s uncanny, a miracle.”

Because I get that feeling all the time.

After that, the media looks for anything they can to support their “change in the narrative,” even if it lasts only a day or two.

The US media is terrible.

All of them.

The “least terrible” are still terrible.

They'll find a way. It's all about the looks, clicks, and drama.

attention in increments closer to the election. I doubt that it will affect most normal people, but it will give cover to those former Trump voters who are looking for a reason to support him again.

media that Hillary Clinton would win in 2016. And I was sure of it too for that matter. But then she did not win and the media were left looking like fools. So they are being very cautious this time because they do not want to risk a repeat of 2016.
