Based on Corey Booker on Lawrence O'Donnell I think Biden will Pick Harris
Booker was very happy and excited talking about Biden's picking vp and especially Harris who is a friend of Booker's.
It seemed like he knew more than he was saying.
But this is all just my guess based on how he was behaving (very happy and excited).
I could be totally wrong about this and he was positive about all of Bidens potential picks so it could just be he was excited in general about next week and for whoever Biden announces.
