and she's under no obligation to be there when we want her to be. She does a job and she's not required to be at her audience's beck and call.

She puts in a lot more time than just the time she is on air. Her job must be exhausting and she needs time off to refresh. Rachel and Lawrence are my two favorite by far. And while I am a little disappointed when they are not on their regular times, I understand they are people like everyone else and have their own lives and needs.

9. You do realize she works when she isn't doing the actual show ? The reason

her show is so good is becsuse she puts in all the time to read and research things. She often reads the entire books of the guests she will interview.

She isn't like chuck todd and others who just read from notes and headlines and repeat talking points.

She deserves all the money she hers and time off.
