A simple reminder to Barr that President Obama was out of office for THREE YEARS before the pandemic really fired up in this country. He didn't disband the Pandemic Response Team, or pull people out of the lab in Wuhan. trump* did. If they were first told about it, back in November, there were several months where they could have reinforced the PPE stockpiles that they CLAIM weren't there. All of the incompetence happened on trump*'s watch.
