he thinks Fat Himmler is screwing it up. His phone is probably on vibrate and going off in his pants all the time.

That's what Chump did during Boofer-boy's confirmation hearing. He watched it on the TV and tweeted him pointers and encouragement while it was ongoing. No doubt Chump tried to do the same for Barr.
