Well, with one notable exception, of course. When even a flat-headed cretin like Sarah Palin is able to strike it rich off of her wingnut notoriety, Joe the 'Plumber' still has 2000 copies of HIS book sitting in boxes in his basement. You can now get it on Barnes & Noble for one penny, which, I'm sure is less than you'd get for the paper at the recycling depot.
