They don't do that anymore, call races strictly based on exit polls. It has to be confirmed by actual vote totals. This year with all the absentee ballots there is going to be one state after another not called on November 3, and likely for many days beyond that.

That was the count in 2016, and Trump's people often refer to it as a landslide.
To normal people, that's silly, especially since he lost the popular vote by a very wide margin, but they're not normal people.

That's what I'm hoping for, a sufficiently convincing win that it will be impossible for that orange thing to fight it.
