Sometimes the most immoral thing you can do is the most caring and empathic thing you can do for your country.

Against you has no morals,no capacity for empathy,and seeks to dominate our country,and abuse it and destroy you.

You have no moral compunction legitimately against doing what you must do to stop the abuse. It has to be done. You do what works effectively to stop the threat against you and your country. Even if in other circumstances it would be wrong. In this case of abuse and lawlessness and danger it would be morally correct to do it.
