I have a far out theory about this which I have kept to myself because, well ... Anyway, what the heck ... The world has gone mad, so I will now share:

I believe he wants his contractors to build the new FBI facility so they can wire it up for Putin and/or the mob.

2. There is NO doubt (because it has been proven) that Trump practices in the dark arts.

He's exploited biases in order to persuade, deceive, or otherwise manipulate others into irrationally accepting beliefs perpetuated by his sick mind. Tactics include blackmail (and the methods to aquire incriminating information), bullying and bribery to achieve his goals. He's poisoned and hardwired the federal government to assist him long after leaving office. My GOd what a fumigation project this is going to be after he is out.
