4. I actually think Biden should avoid the debates

I'd never even think of suggesting that in any other election. I'm a huge fan of political debates. But against Donnie it's impossible to have an actual debate. It couldn't possibly approximate an honest exchange of ideas.

It would be just be an opportunity for Donnie to establish some wacky smears or insults or distractions. Another forum for his lies.

Biden's in the driver's seat now. Big lead, it's Donnie who needs to game-changing opportunity the debates allow.

of ideas. Trump is incapable of expressing anything honest, even if his life depended upon it. Biden doesn't need to win. He has to be energetic enough without coming across as too old to be president. Biden's lowest marks in polling are related to energy.

As always I'm looking at this as handicapper not cheerleader. It is foolish not to acknowledge the risks of the head to head comparison. Trump is going to be loud and try to come across as the dominant figure in the room.

Overall I wish we could use Hillary as a pinch debater. I wouldn't worry about Biden 2008 or 2012 but 77 is another matter.

During one of his opening sentences probably helped him in some swing states.

Hillary Clinton I do felt did good. I wasn't happy with the 2 choices after the primary but over the course of the 3 debates she turned me into an enthusiastic supporter.
