DHS has entered Minority Report Territory -- Using Precogs to predict crime & make proactive arrests

If you thought you saw this in the movie, Minority Report, perhaps you're right.

Dufus 'acting' DHS Secretary Chad Wolf made the startling admission.

“The department, because we don’t have that local support, that local law enforcement support, are having to go out and proactively arrest individuals,” Wolf said. “And we need to do that because we need to hold them accountable. This idea that they can attack federal property and law enforcement officers and go to the other side of the street and say ‘you can’t touch me’ is ridiculous.”

Arresting people before the crime actually happens. And we know how the movie version ended, where the PreCrime unit was planning on moving from one city (Washington D.C.) to a national deployment. Similar to how Trump wants to go from Portland to multiple 'Democrat' cities. There was just one major flaw with the Precog reports, that they not only could disagree, but also that free-will can change at the last second so those predictive visions of the Precogs could be incorrect--thereby invalidating the entire system.

Are these DHS folks professing a clairvoyance akin to or greater than those of the fictional Precogs?
