were always the ones who cut taxes and funding for vets while many vets were going without adequate care and, when homeless, had to hide from their sight behind dumpsters and under bushes. Our conservative friends were always the ones who were proud, never ashamed, to send "our boys" basic supplies, like socks, while pretending there was no relation between their votes and their disgraceful need for charity, or the shocking destitution among many military families.

Our own retired vet friend spent years, long before Trump, counseling injured and ignorant kids on how to fight for their rights when need for ongoing medical care and disability meant they were being pushed out of the service with the worst settlements the professional ejectors could manage to force on them. Their sacrifices become problems to dispose of cheaply as possible.

After he showed blatant disrespect to the Kahn family, he should not have gotten ONE vote from the veterans or military. Bizarre.

His history of draft-dodging. His claim that avoiding STDs was his "Vietnam". The list goes on.

I fear for military people who voted for cadet bone spurs. They should have known better and they know it.

The power of Fox news and AM radio is sickening.

We may not ever really change the the power of these (blank people ) who don't or can't think for themselves, until we attack the fairness doctrine.
